Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor receipt of proof of vaccination and weekly COVID-19 test results for unvaccinated individuals;
Produce weekly reports for managers which designate employees who are 'cleared' or 'not cleared' for active duty;
Review submitted documentation for legitimacy and to approve acceptance into tracking database;
Update the status of employees from "cleared" to "not cleared," as applicable based on COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire results or other new developments;
Responsible for keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee accuracy. Coordinate with Manager for Benefits & Wellness to ensure safe, accurate, timely and confidential record-keeping
Notifies the Benefits Manager of urgent and recurrent issues related to record-keeping
Perform other duties as assigned.
