Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Tara Lisa Perry, the Chief Program Strategy and Impact Officer (CPSIO) leads the Strategy and Impact Team, including the Program Design and Innovation Officer, Executive Communications Officer, Strategic Planning Officer, and the Organizational Development team.
In alignment with CASA/GAL’s new strategic plan, the CPSIO will lead the implementation of the Strategy and Impact Team’s strategic priorities, positioning CASA/GAL to provide the highest-quality services and support for our Impact Partners, programs, state organizations, and local networks. As the chief architect for CASA/GAL’s Strategy and Impact initiatives, the CPSIO is a tactical leader who inspires their team(s) to implement best practices in program design, set measurable and sustainable goals, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify opportunities to scale both programmatic and strategic initiatives to broaden impact and achieve our mission of ensuring that every child who has experienced abuse or neglect can be safe, have a permanent home, and the opportunity to thrive.
