Catalyze Evaluation is currently hiring a full-time Vice President to function as the lead in executing the President’s vision for evaluation and other project work, staffing and business development. Ideal attributes are quantitative and qualitative research experience, nonprofit and human service experience, project and staff management experience, and an ability to juggle multiple projects, demands and varied day-to-day opportunities and challenges. With offices in Fort Collins, CO and Omaha, NE, candidates who reside in or near those communities, as well as in other US states and territories to work virtually, are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:
Function as the liaison between the President, staff and clients on project work
Oversee the tactical execution of projects
Act as a supervisor and coach to staff and cultivate supervision skills in staff who supervise others
Skill building of staff in evaluation and other needed skills aligned with current project work and emerging work
Support the President in budgeting, budget management and strategic planning
Lead and team with others around prospecting new clients and business development
Be the keeper of details to prevent missed opportunities and further the company’s standards of excellence
Lead the performance management process for staff reviews aligned with the President’s expectations
Be the go-to problem solver around staff requests, needs and concerns
Support the growth and development of the company financially, in its work portfolio, in its staff capacity and staffing
Be the operational lead for the company aligned with the President’s expectations

Minimum of 7 years of management experience leading large-scale evaluation projects
Minimum of 5 years supervision experience; supervision of individuals and teams
Minimum 1 year of experience as a chief of staff, deputy director, or right hand role to a senior executive
Experience working on issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills

Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 annually; Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, and retirement benefits
