The Sonoma Behavioral Health Program Bilingual (Spanish/English) Therapist provides therapeutic mental health services, including individual and family counseling/therapy, case management, and crisis intervention, to youth and young adults ages 0-21 years of age. Therapists provide services at the program site and in the community, including schools, and family homes. In addition to supporting behavioral health symptom management and reduction, Clinicians collaborate with children/youth and their family treatment teams (including caregivers, friends, or community members) to identify and work toward overall wellness goals, such as increasing adaptive coping skills, expanding their support network, accessing community resources, increasing independent skills, and pursuing employment and educational opportunities. As needed, the Clinician will also serve as the Primary Service Coordinator (PSC) who guides and oversee all aspects of treatment.

We are committed to building a diverse staff and strongly encourages people of color to apply. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.
