Job Summary: Full-Time Patient Service Coordinator to work at an out-patient Article 31 Clinic, to oversee day to day front desk operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, payroll submission, supervision of administrative interns.
Essential Functions: The Patient Service Coordinator designs and implement office policies, evaluates outcome and makes necessary changes to meet the identified standards. Must have strong leadership and organizational skills, and have excellent communication skills. Preferred candidate has the ability to multi-task, to shift between responsibilities, work effectively with others and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, staff and other service providers in the community.
Minimum Education/Requirements: H.S. degree/GED required and experience working with the target population as part of mental health team preferred. Must have extensive skills/knowledge with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, etc.
Rate of Pay: $19.23 per hour
