The BronxWorks Family Enrichment Program, a general prevention program in the South Bronx, is seeking an Intake/Quality Improvement Coordinator to provide program outreach and referral development, triage all referral calls, provide intake meetings and reports, as well as provide quality improvement measurement and reporting to enhance program functioning and services. The candidate must be an bachelors. Preventive services experience preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral skills.

Collect all aspects of program data, and produce both internal and external statistical reports.
Participate in efforts to create, revise and shape agency-wide policies and procedures.
Perform other job related duties as required.


Master's degree in a related field of study is required.
Two years of experience in a social service setting.
