MSW, MFT, MS or MA in Counseling or Psychology Required and Bilingual (SPANISH) Strongly Preferred.
Parents Anonymous® Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate behavioral health professionals with MSW, MFT, MS or MA in Counseling or Psychology. You will be trained to deliver Parents Anonymous® Evidence-Based Programs to support diverse Parents, Children & Youth via Phone, Text, Live-Chat and Email on the California Parent and Youth Helpline.

• Utilize Parents Anonymous® Evidence-Based Program practices to facilitate in Shared Leadership® Weekly 2-Hour Evidence-Based Parents Anonymous® Adult and Children and Youth Groups.
• Utilize Parents Anonymous® Evidence-Based therapeutic processes to respond and assist Parents, Caregivers, Children and Youth through phone/texts/live-chats/video chats with emotional support and in locating appropriate resources in response to their issue or concern. Retrieve and reply to emails and messages. Utilize a caller database to collect a variety of comprehensive information.
•Conduct Building Family Strengths Interviews. Administer Pre and Post Outcome Surveys. Identify, train, and foster the development of Parents Anonymous® Parent Group Leaders. Attend all required training and weekly clinical supervision.
• Implement all policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality.
• Engage in outreach initiatives for the California Parent and Youth Helpline to agencies/organizations to increase engagement of Parents, Caregivers, Children, and Youth.
