Description
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Social Support Services the HRM Program Supervisor will assist in the development, implementation and daily management of HRM and AI HIV Counseling & Testing Services and HNS. This will include staff supervision and assistance in aligning and coordinating daily staff activities in accordance with BAC, PHS and AI guidelines.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and supervises the delivery of HRM and AIDS Institute CPS Services.
Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures (weekly supervision and Team Meetings).
Provides coverage for staff as needed and assists in assuring assigned areas of responsibilities are performing within contract guidelines.
Assist in evaluating program processes and outcomes; provide direct oversight for Data Collection; Daily input, billing and systems checks and balances. Submit monthly reports to funders.
Develop and nurture new staff in the roles of Patient Navigator, Harm Reduction Counselor and AI CSP Staff.
Oversight towards meeting grant deliverables, analyzing data and grant reports such as monthly billing/performance, conducting programmatic audits in preparation for grant audits.
Responsible for oversight of HRM staff Naloxone activities.
Oversee program purchasing of food for clients.
Oversee staff activities regarding PEP/ PrEP.
Appraise and guide staff on attaining programmatic deliverables.
Assist in determining work procedures, preparing work schedules and expedite workflow, assist in recruitment and in-service training of all assigned staff.
Attend programmatic network meetings.
Take part in assigned agency committee meetings.
Weekly supervision with Department Director.
Other tasks as needed to support the Social Support Services Department and BAC.

Skills
Experience managing staff in a social service setting.
Case Management Assessment Skills
Minimum of 2-year experience in HIV/AIDS related field, PrEP/PEP knowledge
Data entry and program evaluation experience.
At least two years in a supervisory role in a social service setting with oversight towards meeting grant deliverables, analyzing data and grant reports such as monthly billing/performance, conducting programmatic audits in preparation for grant audits.
