STATEMENT OF THE JOB
The Director of Services is a member of the Executive Team and will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position will manage and supervise four Program Managers that are responsible for Family & Community Services in San Bernardino County, Family & Community Services in Riverside County, Immigration Services, and Counseling Services. The broad array of responsibilities of this position requires the successful candidate to be a highly mission-driven person that possesses a well-developed set of program, evaluative, administrative, and organizational skills. Candidate must demonstrate the highest level of professionalism that reflects a “can-do” spirit, and fully grasps the higher purpose and tremendous value of community based social services.
This is a new, forward-looking position and will play a significant role in the development of the next generation of core leadership staff at Catholic Charities and the current and future provision of essential services needed in the community.
