Description
Tri-City is recruiting to fill a part-time vacancy for Program Support Assistant (PSA) I whom will provide support to the Child and Family Clinic. This assignment is 20 hours per week. The PSA I will appeal to individuals who are inspired by challenges and opportunities in working with individuals with behavioral health challenges. The PSA I will report to the Child & Family Clinical Program Manager. This position will provide administrative program support such as note-taking, data tracking, preparing data reports, translation of documents, filing, dictation, typing correspondence and other administrative duties, etc.

Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by course work in office practices, and a minimum of one year administrative office experience. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, experience with taking meeting minutes, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills. Candidates also must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Must have & maintain a valid DL, insurance and satisfactory driving record.
