Assists in supervising and overseeing all aspects of the First Steps 822 Substance Use clinic. Assists in evaluating clinic compliance, monitoring and reporting. Assists in projecting, developing, and monitoring revenue.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In conjunction with Director, participate with the hiring, supervision, evaluation, scheduling, and corrective action of paid and volunteer personnel (interns).
Carries a caseload of 10-12 cases at any given time. Covers groups in absence of staff.
Assist with development, planning and implementation of strategies to manage program growth and ensure self-funding and sustainability of the program.
Regularly review and conduct assessment of applicable legal and professional requirements and monitoring treatment plans for clients. Initiate, implement and monitor compliance with evidence-based practices.
Work effectively with staff to develop an efficient billing system.
Regularly provide clinical training to clinical services staff and interns. Recruitment of clinical interns and development of linkages for referrals, conduct outreach and maintain working relationships with graduate schools and referral sources.
Understand and follow all policies and procedures of the department.
Reviews all alerts in ECR daily.
Ensures daily huddles take place and attend as needed.
Works toward key performance indicators
Ensures staff wrote all notes from day before.
Supervises staff. Follows standards for progressive disciplinary action.
Conducts weekly chart reviews were conducted and monitors outcomes to ensure that are all programs are in compliance.
Ensures all reports are submitted accurately and timely all reports
Ensures electronic data bases are updated as required.
Masters of Social Work/Services
3-5 years of clinical supervision
At least 3-5 years working in clinical/substance use program
SIFI or ability to obtain SIFI
