Description
This position which covers the clinic during walk-in hours and carries a caseload is responsible for both direct clinical work with clients and administrative supervisory duties. The Clinical Supervisor's responsibilities include oversight of the clinic during the evening and weekend hours in our Bridge To Recovery Mental Health Clinic.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The evening and weekend supervisor is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to individuals presenting at the Article 31 clinic.
Incident review, discharge planning coordination, and oversight.
Work with clients and their families on treatment adherence issues with medications and maintaining appointments.
Conducts assessment/reassessments of client service needs and priorities every 90 days.
Review treatment plans for appropriateness based on assessment and client needs.
Front desk management
Management of new referrals
Collaborative and concurrent documentation required.
Supervision of therapists and student interns as assigned.
Conducts weekly chart reviews were conducted and monitors outcomes to ensure that are all programs are in compliance.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and LICENSURE: MSW, LCSW and SIFI are mandatory

WORK EXPERIENCES
At least three years post-graduate experience working with populations that have a history of substance use, domestic violence issues, Criminal Justice, mental illness, chronic homelessness, and/or HIV/AIDS.
Note: Clinical internships provided to a similar population can be counted towards the post-graduate experience- if it can be documented.
Direct experience working in a mental health article 31 preferred

Skills
Knowledge of OMH standards and regulations.
Strong individual and group counseling skills.
Working experience in best practices including Trauma Informed Care.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be computer literate.
Spanish speaking a plus.
Good organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
