Description
•Co-lead the service provision, programming, and administrative oversite at both supportive housing sites
•Develop and drive a client-centered career and education program focus that emphasizes clients' developing skills and finding an individualized path to earning a living wage for their future through internal programing and developing effective partnerships with other programs
•Drive overall group programming actives, both therapeutic and recreational, regularly schedule groups to support residents social and emotional skill development; facilitating and supporting other staff to facilitate group activities
•Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention/management
•Support clinical evaluations of residents, supervision of clinical interns, and develop Medicaid related services
•Assist with clinical assessments and documentation for residents
•Participate in rotating On-Call site management (including some weekends/holidays)
•Support daily and overall program managerial and administrative functions, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures, drive staff development and contribute as a member of the management team to staff performance evaluations
•Coach program staff to develop and use a clinically informed practices that serve youth
•Attend all relevant meetings, training, workshops, and outside events.


Skills
•You have an advanced degree and license in mental health, social service, or education-related field
•2 years of clinical experience working with young adults with mental health, substance use, or developmental challenges
•2 years supervising and coaching staff in a social service setting
•You have previous experience working with young adults and families with young children in a residential setting
•You have a strong in-person and virtual group facilitation skills
