• Responsible for management of facility upkeep, working with NYCHA to ensure repairs are made in a timely fashion
• Oversee/supervise all aspects of the afterschool and evening programs, participants and monitor ROP for all programs.
• Develop age appropriate programming for programs
• Oversee lesson plan and curriculum for afterschool participants
• Collaborate with NYPD & NYCHA on special projects or events
• Monitor expenditures, review monthly expense reports and compare to current expenditures, assist with budget modifications
• Manage and monitor staff schedules/hours
• Ensure data entry of attendance is done daily
• Troubleshoot conflicts and answer inquiries
• Facilitate Advisory Board Meetings
• Recruit board members from the community (increase members at large)
• Assist with outreach and recruitment of staff and participants
• Establish and monitor quality assurance of all program goals in compliance with agency and contract expectations
• Act as conduit with funding sources
• Manage service projects for programs
• Attend all meeting and required trainings; agency and funders
• Conduct monthly meeting with line staff
• Supervise staff and evaluate staff’s performance
• Produce annual performance reviews
• Meet with Program Director for exchange of ideas and written feedback
• Work to ensure compliances with DOH, FDNY and DYCD
• Assist stakeholders and Program Director with creating and supervising events
• Project the need for program modifications
• Submit monthly reports to funder and supervisor
