Description
OBJECTIVE: To direct and supervise clinical services, clinical program development, and clinical training throughout the agency.
Develop standards for individual, family, and group therapy throughout the agency
Facilitate and oversee treatment planning through regular treatment review meetings
Assist treatment teams in developing case formulations and intervention strategies for children and families in crisis
Establish and maintain standards for client files and timely completion of clinical documentation
Provide crisis intervention services to program and families.
Oversee all individual, group, and family therapy operations.
Develop and implement new clinical services.
Maintain Agency professional and ethical standards, confidentiality policies and ensure that program staff do the same
Promote positive program visibility and maintain positive working relationships with funding source and other community agencies
Serve as an ongoing member of the management team and assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
Develop and implement programs' annual planning process and works with Director of Residential Services and Program Directors to establish priorities that meet the needs of our clients and the community;
Participates with other members of the Senior Leadership Team in preparation of the annual management plan, with primary responsibility for programmatic and strategic planning;
Participate in long-range agency planning activities as necessary and requested by the President and Board of Trustees.
Develop internal indicators of quality services; service planning, documentation, inclusion of clients and staff in planning, trauma-informed services, client-centered and family driven services
Implement program evaluation based on; program contracts and deliverables; desired outcomes (e.g., 3 E’s Educational, Economic and Emotional stability)
Prepare QM reports; include Critical Incidents & Safety/Risk Management issues from Director of Residential Services
Consult with Director of Residential Services, Clinicians regarding high risk cases
Meet with Program Director’s and Director of Residential Services to analyze and respond to data
Chair/Facilitate clinical services committee, monthly case consultation meetings for high risk cases.
Develop recommendations for clinical services to respond to Quality Management data
Work with program staff and senior leadership to manage risk and implement policies/practices
Engage Administration, Senior Leadership, and Board in Quality Management needs and initiatives
Serve as primary liaison for all evaluation and monitoring studies completed by external agencies;
Ensure all programmatic contract obligations are met;
Responsible for coordinating program and service components of the agency with fiscal and administrative quality control and auditing activities;
Responsible for the development and implementation of agency-wide Standards of Care.
Manage student internship program: recruit, select and match with programs/supervisor
Provide clinical supervision for clinical interns and
On rotation with Chief Program Operations Officer and Director of Residential Services, provide administrative on- call for all programs, including Crossroads;
Attend weekly on-call meetings, provide consultation with Director of Residential Services and residential Program Directors.

Skills
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW)
Master’s Degree in Social Work
5 years of clinical supervisory
8 years of experience in social work field
Broad based knowledge in substance abuse/mental health
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, delegation and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and planning skill
Professional and self motivated style of working
