JOB SUMMARY: Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services provides a spectrum of mental health services through various programs for populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at-risk youth.The Senior Director, Development works directly with the Chief Advancement Officer to design and implement the overall strategic fundraising goals and programs at Hathaway-Sycamores. Focusing primarily on both individual and corporate giving, but also spearheading new Foundation relationships, the Senior Director takes stewardship, and solicitation of philanthropic support. Activities include such the Department’s primary responsibility for the identification, cultivation, components as major gifts, annual giving campaign/individual gifts, grant and resources. corporate solicitations, planned giving, special events and in-kind
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
At least 8-10 years of relevant experience required
Technical proficiency in fundraising software (Raiser’s Edge)
