Key priorities in the Executive Director’s first 18-24 months are:
·       Lead a Strategic Decision-Making Process.
·       Strengthen Organizational Teamwork, Communications, and Culture.
·       Build a strong working relationship with the board.
·       Raise the Agency’s visibility in the community, building strong connections with its funders, partners and donors.
·       Sharpen focus on the resource development function, and grow its capacity, resulting in increased philanthropic revenues.
·       Continue to improve ASC’s internal systems, policies, communications and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in public or nonprofit management, plus eight years experience
·       Commitment to anti-racism
·       Excellent communication skills
·       Experience with strategic planning
·       Strong financial management
·       Fundraising, relationship and partnership development.
·       Experience in government relations
·       Strength in nonprofit governance and board development.

Compensation: $160,000 to $180,000 salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include holidays, sick leave, vacation, medical, dental, vision, pension plan.
