Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current corporate and contracting policies and procedures and Statement of Work. S/he is responsible for monitoring the contract deliverables, and will work with HR & Training to ensure that staff receives all required and appropriate training.The Quality Assurance Specialist will work with facility management to obtain accreditation and meet contract deliverables. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for gathering data on program performance, analyzing that data, and reporting it in a way that is useful to the senior management. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality improvement measures that promote best practice and compliance with all oversight mandates as well as internal policies and procedures. The QA Specialist will perform other duties as assigned.

Skills
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral science, preferred Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, or social service field, or research required Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience working in quality assurance and/or resource management required. Certification or documented training in quality assurance processes and procedures is a plus. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce Bilingual (Spanish), preferred.

Meticulous and diligent attention to detail a must. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and schedules Understanding of the NYC and DC homelessness landscape Occasional travel to program sites to complete site visits
