Hybrid (Remote/Onsite) LCSW Psychotherapist / LGBTQ
Psychotherapist (Full-Time) Monday-Friday

Job Description
NYC Affirmative Psychotherapy seeks an experienced LCSW to join our team. NYC Affirmative is a leading group practice offering a unique sliding scale pricing structure and that has a special commitment to serving queer communities of color. The ideal candidate for this mid-level position is a confident psychotherapist with experience working with individuals and couples who is looking for a leadership position supervising a committed group of LMSW staff and helping to expand the reach of a growing practice. This full-time, salaried position includes maintaining a small caseload of weekly clients, holding weekly individual and group supervision with LMSWs, approving session notes, developing treatment plans, and working with the Executive Director to improve and expand our services.

All work is currently remote, but we maintain an office in midtown for when reopening is safe. Once reopened the position would be a hybrid remote/onsite position. You MUST have the capacity to conduct teletherapy and supervision in a secure and private location on a weekly basis.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the ability to work with queer and qpoc staff who are also social justice minded.

Please submit a resume, cover letter, and two references for this position. Members of the GLBTQ community and those who are bilingual are strongly encouraged to apply. Tell us why you would be a fit for this position and your experience/knowledge of our community.
