Description
1) Conduct pre-admission sessions to formulate a psychosocial assessment with diagnosis and determine eligibility for admission.
2) Provide individual, group, family and couples therapy to children, adults, and families
3) Create and implement treatment plans for every client.
4) Complete progress notes and all chart documentation in a timely manner.
5) Maintains appropriate case record documentation and statistical reports and prepares other reports as required.
6) Collaborate with onsite psychiatrists/providers, family, school staff, and community providers to coordinate care for clients need.
7) Plan for discharge and/or aftercare.
Make referrals to agencies and community resources, as needed.
8) Attend training, staff conferences and staff meetings as needed.
9) Weekly clinical supervision is required.
10) Ability and willingness to be self-reflective and engaged in the supervisory and learning process

Skills
1) LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT license a MUST.
2) Experience working with children and/or adults providing individual therapy preferred.
3) Experience in assessment and diagnosis, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety contracts.
4) Strong knowledge of DSM 5.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
5) Able to work evenings and/or one weekend day.
6) Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
7) Willing to subject to background check
