Description
The clinician serves youth ages 8 to 17 who are on the autism spectrum or have a developmental disability and are struggling to be maintained in the home. Treatment can be as short as two weeks and as long as 90 days, so the clinician should be familiar with trauma-informed brief therapy and comfortable with intensive case management. The clinical social worker is an important part of a multidisciplinary leadership team that includes a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, behavior analyst, residential manager, and counseling staff helping the team understand the needs of the residents and to co-developing milieu interventions to address challenging behaviors.

Skills
Required Qualifications:
MA degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university
Registered intern or associate with Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Licensed LCSW, or MFT
