RESPONSIBILITIES:   
•        Provides intake and assessment services.
•        Provides outreach services to homeless and unstably housed youth.
•        Assists with prevention services including individual, group and community activities.
•        Services as an appropriate role model for youth.
•        Co-facilitates groups related to skills development, substance use, etc.
•        Designs and engages youth in activities to destigmatize mental health services.
•        Advocates for youth.
•        Accesses community resources to meet the needs of youth.
•        Teach youth skills related to educational, vocational, and independent living under guidance of MH Clinicians.
•        Attend agency meetings as required.
•        Provide transportation to youth as needed to support access to services.
•        Maintains statistics and records as required.
•        Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of working area, buildings and vehicles and reports maintenance or safety issues to manager immediately
•        Regular attendance required.
•        Other duties as may be assigned.
