•Direct a Homefinding Department that is responsible for licensure of homes for Family Foster Care, Specialized Medical Foster Care, Developmental Disabilities Foster Care as well as Therapeutic Foster Care Programs.
•Supervise a team of 14 staff members that includes: 2 Supervisors, 2 Administrative Assistants, 1 Quality Assurance staff member, 7 Homefinders, 1 Recruitment Coordinator and 1 Training Coordinator.
•Work in close collaboration with Intake staff, Case Planning staff as well as the Administration for Children’s Services and Office of Children and Family Services to ensure the optimal and holistic care of the children in the agency’s care as well as compliance.
•Ensure all foster homes are opened, closed and recertified as per city and state guidelines in a timely manner.
•Reviews and approves all homestudies, recertifications and addendums to ensure quality, assessment, clarity and compliance.
•Responsible for oversight of compliance including but not limited to: clearances, foster parent training, Safety Assessments and Office of Special Investigations as well as Youth Voices for all foster homes including tracking and documentation.,
•Oversees maintenance of foster parent records within databases and foster home record to ensure compliance, accuracy and consistency.
•Support continued kinship placement growth.
•Ensures preparation of monthly reports documenting recruitment efforts as well as status of home openings, recertified and closures.
•Participate in supervisory, staff and management team meetings and planning sessions.
•Participate in meetings with ACS, OCFS and additional stakeholders.
•Other duties as necessary.

•Minimum MSW required; plus 3-5 supervisory experience in a foster care program preferably home finding.
•Licensure preferred.
•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Strong clinical assessment skills.
•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding contractual requirements and targets.
•Significant management experience in a fast-paced work environment.
•Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations.
•Excellent verbal, writing and organizational skills.
•Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Computer literate including CONNECTIONS. Experience with Evolv is also desired.
•Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
