WISE & Healthy Aging currently has an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Director of Quality & Contracts Administration. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Quality & Contracts Administration is responsible for ongoing program evaluation and reporting, quality and contracts assurance monitoring, ensuring services are delivered appropriately and within established timeframes; ensuring quality and contract requirements are met, assist in the evaluation of performance of program services and develop best practices. The Director will also develop, implement and monitor overall contract management and reporting systems, serving as a key link between the finance and program departments. Research and support programming, including but not limited to maintaining accurate contracts and tracking foundation and public grant opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain quality assurance and contract standards for WISE & Healthy Aging programs.
Develop and implement quality assurance and contracts monitoring systems to ensure that services are delivered appropriately within established timeframes.
Randomly audit care plans and client outcomes to ensure accuracy and timelines of service delivery.
Assist with reviewing ongoing cases with program management at least quarterly to determine appropriateness of services and the need for ongoing support.
Assist with completing reporting requirement to funding sources, as well as reporting of performance measures to Board of Directors.
Responsible for scheduling quality monitoring, and in-service meetings.
Recommend updates on policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance and contract requirements are met.
Oversee all aspects of contract and grants management, including but not limited to compliance, renewals, negotiations, data collection, budget, program modifications, and reporting.
Manage the development of new contract and grant applications and contract renewals (write, edit and proof grant proposals; compile all required pieces for submission and ensure timely submission as well as all stated time, format and design guidelines are met).
Research and identify both public government and private funding sources for all programs within the organization.
Initiate and respond to all Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Applications (RFAs), and Notice of Funding Activity (NOFA).
Create progress reports, develop and maintain listing for state, local public and private-sector grant opportunities.
Assist in developing methods for ensuring compliance with contract and grant requirements and evaluation of program outcomes.
Develop and train staff, interns and volunteers on quality standards and best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Master’s in public administration, business, human services, social services, or related field preferred.
Five years minimum experience working in a non-profit community-based, social service, healthcare setting or related field with management-level and expertise in quality and/or contract services.
Experience working with public, foundation and government-funded contracts, including working knowledge of technology requirements related to inputting, tracking and reporting of service units and management of productivity standards.
Knowledge of management and budgeting principles.
Experience in evaluation and monitoring of quality of programs.
Experience working with an ethnically diverse population.

Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including good judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office software programs; working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and satisfactory criminal background check required.
