Telephonic Clinician
This full-time, behavioral health position can be fully remote, flexible remote, or on-site, when it is safe to return to the office. We have two locations: 7825 Washington Av. So., Bloomington, Minnesota, and 4115 Ayrshire Dr. SW, Wyoming, MI.
Requirements: Master's degree in mental health or related field and professional license (LMSW, LCSW, LLMSW, LMFT, FMT, LP or LPC). Telehealth experience helpful.
Case Coordination
• Providing direct behavioral health support to individuals, groups and organizations related to treatment and return-to-work needs
• Utilizing various methods of behavioral health service delivery, including telephone, video and face-to-face
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers and other external sources
• Interacting with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal or vocational development and adjustment
• Providing advice on best practices and implementation for individual behavioral health, and workplace resilience and wellbeing
• Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling or treatments and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses, recommending modifications to plans or diagnoses as necessary
• Completing reports within designated time frames
• Consistently meet department clinical billable standards for case coordination work
Crisis Response
• Providing direct behavioral health support to individuals, groups and organizations who have experienced a disruptive event
• Meet department standards related to crisis response volumes, realizing the unpredictable nature of these types of requests
• Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics
• Utilizing various methods of behavioral health service delivery, including telephone, video and face-to-face
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers and other external sources.
• Providing consultation to individuals and groups regarding problems, such as stress and trauma, to modify behavior or to improve personal, social, or vocational adjustment
• Provide consultation to other clinicians regarding best practices in psychological first aid and disruptive event management
• Maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers, customers, and clients
• Completing reports within designated time frames

Education & Licensing
• Master's degree in mental health or related field required
• Professional licensure required (LMSW, LCSW, LLMSW, LMFT, FMT, LP or LPC)
