Description A member of the interdisciplinary team whose primary role is to ensure the provision of high quality, comprehensive child and family support services (including mental health services), oversight of administrative processes and supervision of child and family service staff; Acts as the Mental Health Consultant for the program and works in collaboration with the Home-SAFE and home-based program leadership teams; Provides weekly reflective individual supervision to 8-10 child and family services staff, including Supervisors and Home Visitors, and weekly group supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS: LCSW or LMFT with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Eligible to supervise Masters-level mental health staff collecting hours toward licensure. At least 2 years’ experience working with infants, toddlers and parents using infant-toddler mental health model and relationship-based practice. Reply Subject: Program Manager (Home-SAFE)
