National EAP is seeking a PT highly skilled and experienced mental health clinician who is interested in working in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program). It is preferential that candidates have experience dealing with workplace crises and be knowledgeable of workplace issues HumanResources face. Candidates must be available to workMondays and Fridays 8:30 am-1:30 pm and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 3pm-8pm.This is a remote position. EAP Clinician will be expected to provide services via telephone and video conferencing. Candidate must be technologically savvy and able to navigate various video platforms such as Doxy, Microsoft TEAMS and GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar.Position Summary: The EAP Clinicianprovides behavioral health intervention services to employees who are part of an EAP program.The EAP Clinician works as part of a cohesive team to accomplish the mission of National EAP.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Conduct EAP assessments, deliver short-term solution focused counseling and referrals to individuals and family members as necessary•Provide intensive EAP intervention, counseling & monitoring services to clients as needed•Coordinate with outside providers including EAP affiliates, medical providers, substance abuse facilities, psychiatric care etc.•Ensure regular ongoing communication with Human Resources regarding compliance of Employees who have been administratively referred•Conduct virtual and onsite Critical Incident Response services at client locations.•Rotate after hours clinical coverage with the rest of the staff.•Maintain up to date information on all client and organizational activity in EAP database, calendars, etc.•Provide HR & Management Consultation addressing employee concerns and workplace issues

Skills
Ability to provide effective short-termsolution focused counseling•Knowledge of the EAP field•Excellent critical thinking, judgement and decision-makingabilities•High boundaries with clients•Strong computer and/or technical skills, specifically proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PP & Outlook•Skilled in written and verbal communication with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy•Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

Notes
Masters Degree in Social Work or related counseling field required•Licensing Preferred•Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking PreferredWorking Conditions•As this is a remote position, candidate must have a private area where they will be able to work from homein an appropriate setting. •Needto be able to sit for extended periods of time.
