Villa Esperanza Services is searching for a dedicated and experienced Vice President of Adult Programs to oversee the operations of all our adult programs (Residential, Individual Living Skills, Community Integration Program, Employment Services, and Day Programs) in the Pasadena and Thousand Oaks locations. The V.P. of Adult Programs must have extensive experience developing and managing programs for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities including Employment Services programs and CARF accreditation. The V.P. of Adult Programs will also ensure that all contract compliance, matters of accreditation and quality assurance are met, as required by local government ordinances, federal standards and state practices.

Compensation: Salary starting at $85,000 depending on experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
8 years related experience and 5 years' experience in a senior management role.
Excellent communication skills, management ability, budget experience and be willing to roll up their sleeves.
Working knowledge of state regulations as they pertain to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Proficiency in the allocation of staff metrics and development, knowledge of state and federal funding, marketing, fund raising and program development.
Driving Requirement: All candidates must possess a CA Driver's License, have 3 years of verifiable driving history.
*Final candidates must satisfactorily complete a fingerprinting clearance, physical & TB screenings.
