Description We are seeking licensed psychotherapists to work in an outpatient setting with adults, children, adolescents, and/or couples and families. Some duties include the following:
Complete diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned clients Maintain client schedule effectively while acknowledging the frequency of client contact indicated in treatment plans Code appropriately for services rendered Attend twelve hours of staff development training annually Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions for the clients on caseload Complete and submitting discharge plans/summaries in a timely manner Complete or review comprehensive treatment every six months Document information in client’s medical record in a timely manner Refer clients to appropriate services as necessary Maintain all applicable professional licenses and certificates Perform position-appropriate duties as necessary in a manner that is professional and competent.
Skills Successful candidates must be licensed in the state of Maryland at the time that they apply. Have strong Assessment and Diagnostic Skills Ability to function as a team member.
Notes Full and part-time contract positions are available; 20-30 hours/week depending on desired income and work load.
