Recovery Coach – Moms Do Care -- Full Time
Brockton Neighborhood Health Center is a multicultural organization committed to Brockton and surrounding communities. BNHC is looking for a Recovery Coach for our Moms Do Care program. Moms Do Care utilizes a multi-pronged approach to care for pregnant and postpartum women with opioid use disorders. The Recovery Coach serves as an integral member of the Moms Do Care team by providing peer recovery support and assisting patients in accessing treatment and community resources. The position employs a harm reduction approach and will continue to support patients regardless of relapse.
A high school diploma or GED is required as well as knowledge of community resources. If you are a Certified Addictions Recovery Coach (CARC) or have completed a Recovery Coach Academy and are working toward certification, we welcome you to apply. Bilingual in Cape Verdean, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and/or Spanish preferred. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for and embrace the diversity of our patient population.
