Directly supervise all staff, who are employed by the State Office of Mental Health. Supervise delivery of services to clients, including admission to the program, ongoing operations, and discharge from the program. Available on call for 24-hour crisis intervention. Attends meetings as requested and willing to work nights and or weekends as needed. Manage personnel activities, including hiring, shift scheduling, developing policies and procedures, staff meetings, case conferences, staff training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and labor/management issues. Perform all required administrative duties, data entry, monitor performance measures, petty cash, and monitoring staff attendance. Ongoing assessment of building maintenance requirements, and services as liaison with maintenance staff regarding repair needs. Ensure overall management of facility, including repairs and purchasing. Serves as liaison with Property Management & Maintenance Department to ensure overall compliance. Attend staff meetings, supervision and training's as required. Ability to work with consumers/residents/tenants, families, and staff in a caring and respectful manner, and with due understanding of and consideration for cultural differences. Conduct apartment/building inspections on multiple floors, utilizing stairs. Provide escorts to clients throughout the community utilizing public transportation & attend meetings/training off site. Immediately reports serious incidents, serious incident allegations, incidents, or sensitive situations to supervisors. Any other duties as may be assigned.

Master of Social Work or Masters in a related field preferred; experience working with mental health, crisis intervention and managing trauma triggered behavior; excellent time management and organizational skills; great team player who is flexible, creative, stress resistant and open to feedback; willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/Crisis Intervention/Naloxone.

Experience supervising clinical and operational staff; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills; preferred knowledge of AWARDS; and Spanish speaking a plus.
