HealthRIGHT 360 is currently looking to fill a Program Director/Administrator position at our Serenity House program in San Mateo, CA!

In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a setting that provides dignified, compassionate and respectful care to people with mental illness. The Program Director will have a variety of duties, including: clinical, administrative, operations, leadership, supervision, licensing-related, and community liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative duties: Recruit, employ, train, and evaluate qualified staff; maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial, clinical, and other records; develop staff and clinical schedules; ensure appropriate coverage of the facility at all times; establish and implement facility policies and procedures; ensure licensing and contract compliance; act as liaison between the program, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Division of San Mateo County, and other health providers, and ensure compliance with documentation standards   
Supervisory responsibilities: Monitor the clinical work of supervisees and provide individual and group supervision for therapists working toward licensure and students obtaining practicum hours. Maintain supervision agreements and proof of hours; sign off on required paperwork for the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and the schools where practicum students (if any) are enrolled; complete staff and student evaluations. Assist with crisis intervention, child and child/elder abuse reporting, and other urgent clinical matters. Co-sign treatment plans, assessments and progress notes as required; ensure timely completion of clinical documentation according to standards established by law, regulations, and stakeholder requirements. Identify the training needs of students and therapists, coordinate needed trainings and monitor completion of all required trainings.

Clinical duties: Provide mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and group interventions as needed; provide clinical supervision to staff clinicians at all levels; conduct staff training on clinical skills and evidence-based interventions; coordinate clinical team meetings; provide support and referrals to family members; and perform QA review of documentation.

Education and Experience Required:

LMFT (+2), LCSW (+2), or Licensed Psychologist
Minimum of one year of full-time work experience in a management or administrative position and completion with a passing grade of 15 college or continuing education semester or equivalent quarter units, of which 9 units shall be in administration or management or…
Three years of full-time work experience in a management or administrative position
