Director, BCBA Behavioral Health Program who is responsible for overseeing the provision of evidence-based Behavioral Supports to adults with dual diagnosis comprising of developmental disabilities, mental illness and other comorbid conditions. The role encompasses a comprehensive assessment of the behavior(s)/triggers, collection and review of data, development of structured behavioral modification plans, utilization of evidenced based practice, implementation of the plans, ongoing training and periodic reassessment of the plans consistent with BACB standards. Full responsibility and accountability for the quality of day habilitation program and behavioral services delivered in the Behavioral Health Program, staff supervision, administrative/programmatic and operational oversight. The Behavioral Health Day Habilitation Program is responsible for providing hands-on evidence-based Behavioral intervention services for improving challenging behaviors to adults with developmental disabilities and other associated co morbidities.
Qualifications: Minimum six years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities/mental illness, minimum 5 years of successful frontline to upper management supervisory, programmatic, operations and administrative experience required. Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D)-OR- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -OR- Masters-level Clinician -OR- PHD-level Behaviorist -OR- Clinician holding NADD certification.
