Description
HealthRIGHT 360's FOTEP (Female Offender Treatment and Education Program) is a residential program for women and their children, with a gender responsive and trauma informed treatment framework. The San Francisco FOTEP is located on Treasure Island. Our FOTEP works in collaboration with the CA Department of Corrections to transition women from prison back into the community by providing wrap around services that include comprehensive assessment, group and individual counseling, support in reaching education and employment goals, and workshops and class that address life skills and parenting. The STAND program also supports women within the criminal justice system. The STAND team provides case management and group support to women who are incarcerated in the San Francisco County Jail system and have been impacted by domestic violence.

The Program Director of FOTEP and STAND will oversees all aspects of service delivery within the FOTEP as well as the STAND program. This important leadership position will set the tone for providing comprehensive wraparound services that are both gender responsive and trauma informed. The Program Director will work collaborative with staff and leaders within both the CA Department of Corrections and San Francisco Jail system to ensure proper planning and coordination of program activities.

Skills
Provides direction, support and individual supervision to staff on the management team
Performs all aspects of supervision, including but not limited to: hiring, overseeing orientation, training, discipline, motivation, evaluation and termination
Develops and maintains a leadership role within the community
Sets clinical tone and oversees all clinical processes
Leads regular team meetings and ensures team communication


Notes
Master’s degree in social work or related field with 2 years full-time experience supervising counseling staff treating clients with a history of substance use and involvement in the criminal justice histories
OR

Bachelor’s degree in related field with 4 years full-time experience supervising counseling staff treating clients with a history of substance use and involvement in the criminal justice histories
