Description The Clinical Director will have experience working within an environment serving individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral Health, and Autism. Work collaboratively to build an organizational culture within Developmental Disabilities in Rockland, Goshen and Bronx for all programs that support the effective advancement of the Individual goals within an Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) Program and Day Program and are in line with Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) standards. The Clinical Director is also required to work at a sundry location as necessary and work a flexible schedule when requested.
Skills Psychologist; OR Master’s Degree in a mental hygiene discipline OR a licensed NYS Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Five (5) years of experience in Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health program. Five (5) years of administrative leadership, management, or supervisory experience in OPWDD setting, delivering individualized and customized services. Five (5) years of experience with interpreting and influencing policies for fiscal and program operations.
