As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Wrap "Pod" operation in terms of quality care, quality documentation, timeliness, and quantity of serves with related documentation. The Program Supervisor will provide effective supervision, training, and support to the program staff and ensure quality assurance for contract compliance. They will also hold Wrap Pod team members accountable to required compliance of all required job duties. Further duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain a staffing schedule of Facilitators, Family Specialists, and Parent Partners.
Provide a minimum of one hour of supervision each week per staff.
Provide ongoing training and staff development.
Ensure that all forms are signed and submitted within designated time frames.
Ensure accuracy of timeliness of Plan of Care and all other documents requiring Supervisor’s signature and/or approval.
Attend Administrative Sub-Committee meetings with the county.
Teach and monitor the implementation of wraparound values.
Attend weekly Child and Family Team meetings to monitor fidelity to the wraparound process.
Monitor the development of the Individual Child and Family Plans.

Master of Arts or Master of Science degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupations Therapy, or related field.
Experience in human services (preferable case management). A minimum of one year of care coordination experience.
Valid CA driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
Completion of CPR/First Aid certification within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
Bilingual Spanish preferred
