The Therapist is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: providing direct clinical services in an outpatient setting working with children to address and treat mental health disorders and to promote optimal functioning.
•        The Therapist is trained in, and uses, a variety of therapeutic techniques to deal with a wide range of mental health concerns.
•        Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine needs and required level and frequency of medically necessary psychological services, as diagnosed.
•        Develop treatment plans, using person-centered processes by assisting persons-served in setting goals linked to addressing identified needs. Make certain 100% of consumer goals address situational stressors, family relations, interpersonal relationships, mental health issues, life span issues, psychiatric illnesses, addictions, domestic violence, or other trauma.
•        Identify emergency crisis. Make immediate clinical assessments and respond according to accepted crisis intervention methods and techniques; coordinate other services, as needed.

LMSW or LPC required.
Must have at least one year experience working with children.
