BronxWorks is hiring (1) Clinical Coordinator II for the Jerome Avenue Men's Shelter Program.

The Clinical Coordinator’s primary role will serve as leadership of a team of 4 case managers and 1 social worker who will be assisting clients in a mental health shelter environment. The Clinical Coordinator will carry a small caseload of high-need shelter clients and will work with them towards permanent housing and addressing related needs. This position will also conduct psychiatric assessments with clients as part of housing application process. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred. Clinical Coordinator will receive training on assistance with self-administration of medication and will be expected to manage the overall implementation of the medication management program in conjunction with the other Clinical Coordinator and offer this service to clients. The Clinical Coordinator will also receive training to obtain credential to perform mental health code 9.58 removals. Evening and/or weekend hours may be required.

• LCSW (or LMSW with all clinical and supervision hours completed and approved and approval to sit for exam; LCSW must be acquired within 6 months)
• Minimum of two years program experience, including supervisory experience
