The BronxWorks Family Enrichment Program, a child abuse prevention program, is expanding to implement evidence based practices, including mental health and parenting support services. The program has been providing quality preventive services for over 17 years and is seeking candidates to leverage this experience to the next level. The position offers consistent and expert supervision, including the option for LCSW supervision towards clinical license. Experienced case planners ready for their next step are encouraged to apply to all positions.
Assistant Program Director: Provide staff supervision, program administration, and psychotherapy; staff provide casework counseling and case management services to maintain family integrity and enhance family functioning to prevent foster care placement. Candidates must be have a master degree and be licensed in their area of practice. Supervisory experience a plus. Required: A supportive approach to supervision, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral skills.
