Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, some evenings

Clinical Program Coordinator/Therapist responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to bachelor level Mental Health Workers
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families in intensive outpatient treatment program
- Services include clinical assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, Medi-cal documentation, and case management
- Establish positive working relationship with Social Service Agency, schools, and Health Care Agency
- Conduct chart reviews and assist Program Director in assuring that all charts are in compliance with HCA and Medi-cal standards for insurance billing

Clinical Program Coordinator/Therapist requirements include:
-Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
-Possession of a current license with BBS on the LMFT/LCSW track
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision under BBS guidelines preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in human services program with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in family and child counseling
-1-3 years’ experience in staff supervision and/or administration
-Knowledge of theory and techniques of individual, family, group dynamics, behavioral interventions, substance abuse, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavioral approaches
- Ability to establish rapport, make accurate assessment of the family’s needs, and assist the family in accessing and utilizing the resource
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect
-Must be available for on-call coverage for after-hour emergencies and 24/7 crisis support
-Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
