Job Duties & Responsibilities:        
•Provide strategic and collaborative leadership that continually advances the efficacy and efficiency of the Children, Adolescent and Family Services, including: Child & Adolescent Care Coordination, Youth & Family Wellness Services, & three Adolescent Skills Centers.
•Provide ongoing clinical and administrative supervision to the Program Directors within the Children, Adolescent and Family Services.
•Continuous examination and analysis of program’s budgets in order to mitigate any challenges in meeting annual budget expectations.
•Oversee continuous improvement/QA efforts to maintain outstanding delivery of all program services.
•Oversee program compliance with contractual requirements set forth by OMH, NYC DOHMH, NYC Dept. of Education, Children’s Health Homes, and other government and internal audits.
•Establish and ensure the use of Evidence Based Practices within Children, Adolescent and Family Services.
•Develop and maintain growth oriented strategies that increase program census.
•Facilitate communication between the various agency departments and programs.
•Advance a culture of well-being and self-care amongst Vibrant employees.

•Flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond.

•5+ years of supervisory experience
•Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related area of study
•Licensure in NYS as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW
•Familiarity with evidence based practices
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
