Job Description: Under the direction of the Vice President of the CBI Programs the licensed clinician will provide intensive home, school and community based assessment, clinical treatment, and crisis intervention services to eligible youth and families.
License in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling with experience in strength-based family and children’s services.
Ability and willingness to work with families in an "in-home" context.
Knowledge of family systems theory and home based interventions
Knowledge and experience formulating clinical diagnoses
Ability to engage families who may have been unsuccessful in clinic settings
Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner
Ability to have flexibility in hours worked both routinely, so as to meet children and families when they are available, and occasionally, in response to crises which may occur at any hour of any day
Ability to keep track of units of service for billing
Maintain a caseload and follows required number of direct service contacts
Vehicle required: Must be safe and dependable.
