The Northern California Director is a newly created position that will oversee all aspects of operational management and administration in our Merced, Ukiah, and Stockton regions. The goal of this position is to ensure quality of service, growth, and profitability within the Northern California Region and work with the CCC management team to further our vision.
>> As the Northern California Director your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
-Overseeing and directing all operations in the Northern California region: managing, growing and streamlining program services, directing and developing staff, and ensuring maximum efficiency, compliance and impact of services.
-Developing strategic initiatives to grow, expand and ensure the positive impact of CCC services in the Northern California Region.
-Building and leveraging collaborative relationships with staff, clients, stakeholders, funding sources within the community to achieve established goals.
-Evaluating overall regional performance according to organizational objectives by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data, metrics and developing and applying plans for continuous improvement.
