Position Summary: The Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of all activities within the Article 31 Mental Health Clinic. Oversee day-to-day management of Article 31 clinic operations, including enhancing clinic efficiency and revenues, provider productivity and accountability, and client engagement and retention. Solid understanding of NYS OMH Part 599 to insure the clinic is in compliance with these and all relevant city, state and federal regulations. Prepares for -- and manages -- audits. Promotes ongoing communication, teamwork and consistent case management among Article 31 staff. Provides expert clinical supervision to Clinic Supervisor and psychotherapists. Development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures, including tracking and enforcement of clinic standards and guidelines, and collaborating closely with agency QA Department. Manages clinicians' service provision and ensures accuracy of Medicaid billing in compliance with regulations.
Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed PhD). Post-graduate training in psychotherapy a plus. Knowledge of Anasazi and/or Accumedic a plus.
S/He will have strong organizations skills, high attention to detail, the ability to work within strict time constraints and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Strong computer proficiency required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Spanish/English speaker required.
