QUALITY IMPROVEMENT DEPARTMENT- QI SPECIALIST
TRAVEL REQUIRED THROUGHOUT NYC APPROXIMATLEY 75% of TIME
Seeking a Licensed mental health practitioner and/or social worker (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements for PCMH’s Clinical, Residential, and Community Care Programs (including Article 31 Outpatient Clinics, Article 32 OASAS Clinics, PROS, ACT Teams, Health Homes/ Care Coordination, Licensed Housing, Permanent Housing, and Scatter Site Housing) reporting to the Director of Quality Improvement. Responsible for performing and monitoring activities related to Utilization Reviews, including conducting case record reviews, drafting and distributing associated reports, and monitoring corrections when applicable. Additional specific responsibilities include participation in the execution and monitoring of various quality improvement activities across the agency.
Must possess strong computer skills and familiarity with an Electronic Health Record (Preferably Foothold AWARDS) and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience in quality improvement preferred. Knowledge and experience with NYS regulations desirable. Master’s Degree and license required.
Salary Range: $55-60k
