Hiring managers will be conducting onsite screening and interviews for the following positions:
Clinicians for Behavioral Health Services
Master’s and BBS registration required. Bilingual candidates HIGHLY PREFERRED - 10% salary differential for language skills. Clinicians provide culturally appropriate and affirmative mental health treatment to youth, including homeless and former foster youth and LGBTQ+ youth. Services are community-based and provided both at the office and in settings that best meet client needs such as their home, school, or community location. Several full time positions immediately available!
BA degree required – bilingual candidates HIGHLY PREFERRED and receive 10% differential for language skills. Residential Counselors care for and supervises youth age 11-17 housed in our Safety Net Shelter in Santa Clara by providing screening, evaluation and orientation as well as transportation and outings. Handle crisis situations as well as walk-in/drop-off client intake. Full time overnight and swing shifts immediately available!
BA degree plus 2 years’ experience or 4 years of case management with no degree. Case Managers provide assessment, referral and resources to their clients around housing, education, employment and advocacy in many different programs. We have several full time, immediate openings in our Housing Division!
BA Degree plus 4 years’ experience or Master’s with 2 years’ experience. Must have experience supervising staff.
Program Manager to provide oversite and management of staff working at 24x7 Safety Net Shelter for youth age 11-17 in Santa Clara. Immediate full time opening!
Case Manager, Client Support Specialist and Family Advocate for In- Home Outreach Team (IHOT) Program Bilingual candidates HIGHLY REFERRED and receive 10% differential for language skills. We have several immediate openings for these positions to be part of a team that responds to client behavioral health needs in the community. Client Support and Family Advocate positons require lived experience as consumer, advocate or caregiver.
