Description
The Case Managers primary responsibilities include:
Coordinate all services necessary to maximize consumer recovery and independence for individuals with mental illness.
Ensure case management compliance with agency standards and the practice model.
Assist consumer to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to recover and function within the community.


A Clinical Supervisor acts as a consultant to assigned clinicians, providing clinical supervision and direction to staff.
Mentor/Coach individually, and as a Team, all assigned clinicians.
Uses his/her technical skills and knowledge to analyze and recommend strategies for work performance improvement and client services.
Implement strategies for obtaining services and supports that are goal-oriented and individualized

Skills
Educational / Talent Requirements:
CASE MANAGER:Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution is required.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR: •Master’s Level Social Worker.


Work Experience Requirements:
CASE MANAGER: Three (3) years children's case management in a mental health or rehabilitation setting.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR: Four (4) years of experience as a Mental Health professional working with children.
