Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Licensed Clinical Supervisor/Assistant Program Director responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and clinical oversight to counseling staff using a strength-based approach in the Recovery Model and a wraparound philosophy
- Assist Program Director with facilities and day to day operations of the program
- Conduct weekly team meetings addressing administrative items and issues pertaining to consumers & their treatment, consumer & staff safety, professional & legal ethics, staff & consumer resiliency, conflict resolution & the assessment, and intervention and treatment of consumers who experience barriers to progress
- Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff
- Establish positive working relationships with court, police, probation, schools, and county
- Provide community education and outreach

Licensed Clinical Supervisor/Assistant Program Director requirements include:
- Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Possession of a current license with BBS (LMFT/LCSW) and ability to provide clinical supervision as outlined by the Board of Behavioral Sciences
- 2 years of related counseling experience post-license
- Knowledge of theory, and experience with, techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, behavioral interventions, substance abuse, crisis intervention, trauma-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches
- Demonstrate ability to work with multicultural and diverse populations with sensitivity and respect
- Must be available for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability for consultation
- Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
