Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Full Service Partnership Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Be part of a clinical team that believes in a whatever-it-takes approach to support youth ages 12-25 whose mental health symptoms have brought them in contact with the juvenile justice system
- Oversee the direct service staff providing case management and mental rehabilitation
- Facilitate case coordination meetings with external partners
- Provide support covering crisis intervention, and identify client strengths
- Implement age-appropriate coping and life skills
- Report child/dependent/elder abuse
- Conduct clinical assessments in the community, develop clinical treatment plans, and update the treatment plans at 6 month and annual intervals
- Help youth make their way past conflict and crisis to a place of strength and stability

Full Service Partnership Supervisor requirements include:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work with the majority of licensure hours completed
- Possession of a current associate number with BBS (MFT/CSW)
- LMFT or LCSW preferred
- 2 years’ experience counseling adolescents, families
- Minimum 1,000 supervised clinical hours preferred
- Knowledge of theory and experience with techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, behavioral interventions, substance abuse, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches
- Demonstrate ability to work with multicultural and diverse populations with sensitivity and respect
- Must be available for after-hours emergencies with 24/7 capability for consultation
- Valid California driver’s license, auto liability insurance, satisfactory driving record, and possession of a reliable automobile
