ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
SHAKESPEARE RESIDENCE- Bronx
Assistant Program Director is responsible for assisting the Program Director with the oversight of the residence’s operations 24/7, ensures site is in compliance with all regulatory agency requirements as well as PCMH’s Policies and Procedures, and maintains a professional environment to enhance service delivery. Position requires a Master’s Degree with 3 years’ experience working with seriously mentally ill and/or homeless population. Must have excellent organizational, written and communications skills. Must be outcome oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines. Must take initiative and pride in the execution of job responsibilities Experience working in a residential program is required. Knowledge of OMH Supported Housing Guidelines is preferred. Prior experience with the opening of a residence is preferred. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office and internet search engines and sites.
